The Kimberley Pearl is a beautifully restored and refurbished pearling vessel cruising the Kimberley Coast; formerly a vessel of the famed Paspaley Pearls modern pearl lugger fleet. The vessel boasts 6 cabins all with en-suites.
On board, guests enjoy fine food sourced from the bountiful waters of the Kimberley, matched by glorious sunrises and sunsets. You’re the main act, backed by rugged coastal cliffs, hidden rainforest and thick mangrove shorelines. When relaxing, enjoy the spacious galley and comfortable seating area. Wide lounge seating is also positioned on the foredeck of the upper deck.
Sit back and relax or take up one of the many activities available aboard or onshore. The 3 tenders (dinghies) will ferry guests ashore where you can explore the waterways, hillsides and coastal fringes. The crew will provide an array of fishing equipment and fishing advice, and you can choose to fish hidden lumps or the many tributaries emptying into bays.
Cruise Highlights
The 7 night Snapshot discovers swimming holes, experiences the incredible Montgomery Reef and Horizontal Falls. There is also the opportunity to chase the elusive Barra. The 10 night cruise views ancient Aboriginal art and allows the chance to climb Kings Cascade waterfall. A scenic flight to/from Swift Bay to Kununurra is included. The 13 night cruises in or out of Wyndham and also includes a visit to the incredible King George Falls and the DC3 plane wreck at Vansittart Bay.
Cabins
The vessel boasts six air-conditioned cabins, one on the bridge deck, 2 on the main deck and a further 3 below, all with modern en-suites, air-conditioning and storage. And there are extra shower and washroom facilities on the main deck.
